Restart of Fund IGA
Project “Restart - new strategic vision of IGA” was presented at the Press Club of the Bulgarian News Agency on 21 August. The project is funded by Fund “Active citizens Bulgaria” by the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism 2014-2021. This year, Fund IGA marks 20 years since its foundation. The organization has been developing at a fast pace since its start and it is getting ever more dynamic, expanding its activities in new spheres nationally and internationally. A systematic inspection and analysis of Fund IGA’ activities were conducted in 2007. The need for a new vision has become apparent among its teams in the past years. In 2018, the development of a new long-term strategy began and it is expected to continue. The goal of the project is defining a long-term development direction. An overview, conclusion and analysis of the activities of the organization will be carried out and on the basis of the gathered information actions will be taken to increase its capacity. Expected results: - Analysis of the development so far; - Surveys on the views of the IGA’ teams, partners, beneficiaries, clients and donors; - Analysis of the employees’ needs for trainings and improving their competences; - New development strategy.
