Main Aims:
Reduce the number of children, placed into social institutions for their anti-social behavior from the municipality of Pazardjik, by creating a model of social center for social servicing of juvenile offenders and their families, which should combine and coordinate the efforts of police, court, prosecutor’s office, local authorities, Local Commissions for Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency and Non-governmental organizations.
Create strong interdepartmental links in work with juvenile offenders; Upgrade law culture, psychological and social qualification of members of the Commission for anti-social behavior of juveniles, Local Commission Against Anti-social Behavior of Juveniles in town schools, social instructors, representatives of Children` s Pedagogic Rooms, social workers from OBSSP and Non-governmental organizations;
Results achieved:
Create interaction mechanisms between local authorities, state institutions and non-governmental organizations.
Establish a resistant community of adherents;
Acquire efficient social skills for supporting juveniles;
Acquired skills for coping with own problems of life for 20 juveniles;
Developed a model of Center for social services with two programs;
