Project Aim:
Create premises for developing a regional system for drug, violence and AIDS prevention, with youth establishments and groups as main participants, supported by non-governmental organizations and local institutions.
Results Achieved:
Established youth clubs in 11 schools; 37 subject disco events; 2 charity rock concerts; 2 public discussions; 6 TV and radio broadcasts.
