Round table which finalised project “Preventive programmes for domestic violence” took place at the conference hall of Grand Hotel “Hebar”. It was attended by representatives of District and Regional court - Pazardzhik, District prosecutor’s office, General police directorate - Pazardzhik, Regional directorate “Social assistance” and Directorate “Social assistance” - Pazardzhik, the prison, Complex for social services for children and families – Pazardzhik, Regional administration, Crisis Centre for victims of domestic violence – Peshtera, Local commission against human trafficking, Bulgarian Red Cross, Municipal Administration - Lesichovo, Complex for social services for children and families, Centre for social rehabilitation and integration, city councillors, school principles, psychologists, and media.

During the Round table were presented the project results, the Analysis of the domestic violence situation in Pazardzhik region, the activities of the Bureau for consulting, directing, and assisting, and the Programme for developing skills for identifying and copying with violence at schools in Pazardzhik Region. During the second part of the forum the participants engaged in a discussion.

Project “Preventive programmes for domestic violence” is implemented under Contract for non-remunerated financial assistance № 93-00-167 from 17.05.2018 made with the Ministry of Justice.
