Goal of the project: To facilitate access to employment of individuals who take care of physically disabled relatives (including children) and people with disabilities aged 18+, living at the territory of Plovdiv Municipality, Stolipinovo district. This will be done through integrated activities, including the devivery of an innovative social service.

Activities:

Activity 1: Project organization and management.

Activity 2: Renovation and current repairs of the space in front of the premises and delivery of equipment and furniture.

Activity 3: Development of an innovative social service in the community – flexible team for active inclusion of individuals at risk.

Activity 4: Application of integrated approaches for motivating and activating the participation at the labour market of individuals who take care of dependent family members.

Activity 5: Support of people with disabilities in finding a job and improving their access to employment.

Activity 6: Delivery of intermediate services at the labour market.

Activity 7: Professional delivery of information and consulting.

Activity 8: Delivery of trainings for improving one’s professional qualification.

Activity 9: Delivery of trainings for acquiring key competences.

Activity 10: Adapting and equipping a workplace for individuals with disabilities.

Activity 11: Securing employment for people with disabilities following delivery of intermediate services and training.
