Round table under project “Against the Invisible Violence”
Round table under Project “Against the Invisible Violence” was held on 27th January at the Bulgarian News Agency – Pazardzhik.
The project aims at providing timely and adequate protection, recovery and reintegration of victims of home abuse, services for work with perpetrators of home abuse, and reducing home abuse and its negative effects on victims and society.
The aim of the event was to present the results of the project as well as the collaboration with the institutions for solving the problem of home abuse. It also presented the work of the Bureau for consulting, directing, and support of victims of home abuse – its results, tendencies, and conclusions. Experts presented and commented the risk assessments of perpetrating home abuse which had already been conducted. The participants in the forum – representatives of institutions and organizations related to the subject, also took part in the comments.
The round table ended with a discussion.
Project “Against the Invisible Violence” has been funded by the Ministry of Justice by virtue of article 19 paragraph 3 from the Regulation for enforcing the Law of Protection against Home Abuse and it has been implemented by Crime Prevention Fund – IGA.
