Applied specialists will experiment with models of social enterprises
Training seminar under Project “Social Inclusion of Offenders by Innovative Models of Social Enterprises” was held during 9th-13th March 2015 at hotel “Leipzig” – Plovdiv.
The aim of the training was to prepare the 12 selected applied specialists to experiment with the models of German social enterprises identified within the project. The selected specialists are from all parts of the country - Pleven, Isperih, Shumen, Burgas, Plovdiv, Panagyurishte, and Pazardzhik.
Lecturers from Bulgaria and Germany introduced the participants to the theoretical and practical aspects of the social entrepreneurship , the results from the conducted surveys on social enterprises in Berlin and Brandenburg, the selected models of experimenting , the methods on developing marketing strategies, business planning, etc.
There will be a training visit at the end of March aimed at introducing the German practice on the spot and after it the selected specialists will start experimenting with the models.
