Specific goals of the project:
· Providing timely and adequate support for victims of home abuse.
· Providing security, recovery, and reintegration for victims of home abuse as well as services for working with perpetrators of home abuse.
· Reducing home abuse acts and the negative consequences for the victims and the society.
Target groups:
· Magistrates working on applying the measures of the Law for Protection against Home Abuse (LPHA)
· Victims of home abuse
· Perpetrators of home abuse and their families
Activities:
Activity 1: Surveying and analyzing the activities and the results of the implementation of the projects for home abuse of Fund – IGA
Activity 2: Introducing a Model of Assessing and Managing the Risk of Home Abuse with Perpetrators (DASH 2009);
Activity 3: Organizing and conducting 2 training seminars for judges with practice in applying LPHA and applied specialists of the organization;
Activity 4: Bureau for Consulting, Directing, and Support of Victims of Abuse for Delivery of Psychological, Juridical, and Social Consultations;
Activity 5: Applying a Specialized Programme for perpetrators of home abuse, created by the organization with the service Centre for Social Rehabilitation and Integration of Fund – IGA;
Activity 6: Popularizing the services under LPHA and the programme for perpetrators of home abuse in the territory of Region Pazardzhik; creating and spreading information materials; conducting 4 Information Days; conducting Round Table with the participation of all institutions concerned.
