Short summary:
The main goal of the project is to provide new job positions for unemployed youths up to the age of 29;
The specific goals are:
- Training 12 unemployed youths up to the age of 29, who have been registered at Directorate “Labour Bureau” – Pazardzhik. The training is for acquiring or upgrading their professional qualification and for key competences;
- Providing employment for the people that have successfully finished the training;
- Creating 12 new job positions at Fund – IGA.
Short summary:
12 people from the target group – youths up to the age of 29, who have been registered as unemployed at Directorate “Labour Bureau” – Pazardzhik, will be included in the project. They will acquire professional qualification and skills in key competences:
- Training in the profession “Office Secretary”, subject “Administrative service” and a key competence “Foreign Language Communication”, topic “English” for 6 representatives of the target group;
- Training in the profession “Social Activities Assistant”, subject “Social Work with Children and Families at Risk” and a key competence “Digital Competence” for 6 representatives of the target group.
After they finish the trainings successfully, all 12 people will have an actual job position and employment provided by Fund – IGA for the period of 10 months within the project.

New job position for 12 unemployed youths
Fund – IGA has been implementing Project “New Job Position in IGA” since May this year. The project has been funded by Operative Programme “Human Resources Development”, co-funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund, Free Financial Assistance Scheme: : BG051PO001-1.1.13 “New Job Position”, Contract № ESF-113-06-08001.
The goal of the project is to provide new job positions for 12 unemployed youths up to 29 years old by delivering training for acquiring or mastering a professional qualification and trainings for key competences.
Six of the youths have already undergone training for the profession “Office Secretary”, specialty “Administrative Services” and a key competence “Communicating in Foreign Languages”, topic “English”, and the other six – training for the profession “Social Affairs Employee”, specialty “Social Work with Children and Families in Risk” and a key competence “Digital Competence”.
All 12 youths finished their trainings successfully and from 10th December they have an actual job position and provided employment in Fund – IGA, which will continue for 10 months within the project. The social workers are distributed in the social services the organization delivers and the specialists on administrative services work mainly in the two offices of the organization in Pazardzhik.
There is a mentor for each hired person who will help them in their work.

The Project “New Job Position in IGA” was presented on 30 June at the Pressclub of BTA – Pazardzhik. Representatives of institutions and organizations concerned with this topic visited the event.

The Project has been implemented by the financial assistance of Operative Programme “Human Resources Development” and co-funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund, under the Grant Funding Scheme: BG051PO001-1.1.13 “New Job Position”, Contract № ESF-113-06-08001.
Its implementation will continue up to 31.10.2015.
