General aim of the project is to reduce institutionalization of children in specialized institutions, to lower the level of anti-social behavior and offenses committed by children and to prevent violence against children and families at risk by providing alternative services in the public.
Specific objective:
To develop and implement in practice a pilot model of a complex of specialized services for children and families at risk, integrating the THL, Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration and Social Assistant for youth offenders, Consultative center for violence victims and a package of therapeutic programs.
Expected results:
- Adapted methodology for implementation of the model;
- Trained team for work on the model
- Established multidisciplinary team, supporting the model;
- Delivered complex of social services to juveniles and families at risk;
- Delivered set of specialized group programs for children and families at risk;
- Wide popularization of the model.
