General aim of the project is prevention of violence over children and families in risk through giving out alternative service in the community.
Specific objective:
Development and implementation into practice of a pilot model for a national network for giving out service within the community for children and families in risk, victims of violence.
Expected results:
- Developed complete methodology for implementation of the model;
- 25 specialists trained to apply the model in practice;
- 40 people trained to apply the model in inter-institutional environment;
- Testing the model in practice through giving out service to about 2 500 children and their families, victims of violence;
- Set up and working new regional Crisis centre for work with children, victims of violence;
- 2 500 counsellings on the open phone lines in the three cities;
- 2 400 counsellings in the Counselling Offices in the three regions;
- 140 cases, lodged in both the Crisis Centers;
- 2 200 children and families in risk passed therapeutic programs;
- Functioning web site;
- 6 bulletins on the project;
- Issued General Manual for Applying the Model (including The European Standards for work in Crisis Centers and shelters for women and children victims of violence).
