Main Purpose: То improve the qualuty of life of children , placed in or leaving DDLRG „Rada Kirkovich” - Plovdiv by restructuring the institution and achieving qualitative changes in its activity.
Specific Purpose: To develop and carry into practice at DDLRG „Rada Kirkovich” an integrated approach to reduce the negative impact of the institutionalization by providing a set of alternative social services that will help the young people after their leaving.
