Project “To prevent ourselves from drugs and violence” – Nova mahala

Leading organization:High school “Cyril and Methodius” - Nova mahala village, Municipality of Batak, District Pazadjik
Period of implementation: 15.09 – 25.12.2007

Ministry of education and science, National program “The school - territory of the students”, module “Development of the extracurricular activity”
Partner: “Crime Prevetion Fund - IGA”
Main aim: Forming in the juvenile students skills and habits to identify and overcome the pressure and the declension to use drugs, the negative factors and the acts of violence in the school area.
Concrete outputs:
- Involvement in the project of multidisciplinary teams in support of the pedagogical practice which will lead the program for work with children “To prevent ourselves from drugs and violence”;
- The program to be carried out with 100 children from (name and location of the school) and to trace the indicators for its successful implementation.
Results:
- 2 multi-discipline teams , 5-members each in support of the pedagogic practice were formed;
- 10 groups consisting 100 children passed the program;
- According to the indicators the program had full success.
