Debate within the Third Stage of Project”Model of Probation center”
On 15 of March in the Center for Culture and Debating –Sofia, a debate was organized on theme “Public-Private Partnerships in Delivering Social Services for Offenders” within the third stage of the project”Model of Probation center in Pazardzhik”-“Municipal Partnership Project Between State, Local Authorities and NGOs in Decentralizing the Social Services for Offenders”, implemented by Regional Fund-IGA and funded by the British Embassy to Bulgaria.
