Main goal:

To establish the ombudsman institution in Pazardjik Municipality

Objectives:

- To establish the ombudsman institution in Pazardjik Municipality and to create a sustainability of its activities. - To create conditions and prerequisites for an active citizen participation and using of the intermediary services provided by the public ombudsman; - To achieve public awareness and to win public content about the necessity of counteraction to the corruption practices and adherence of the rights of every citizen. Expected results: - the real activities performed by the public ombudsman after receiving citizens’ signals; - the provision of the necessary equipment ensuring the effectiveness of the ombudsman’s work; - increasing of the civil activity in the municipality;
