- Focusing on the conformity of the deals with the law. Expected results:
Conclusions about the number of such deals, their frequency, the accordance with the regulated procedure and the level of transparency – the amount and adequateness of information that can be obtained by citizens and their organizations about the peculiarities of the particular deal, the reasons for its implementation, the identity of the contracting parties, the targeted interests, the expected benefits and costs etc.
