Partners: On national level – Ministry of health; on local level – The regional dispenser for pneumo-phthisiatric illnesses – Pazardjik.
Main target: Prevention of the tuberculosis among the target groups, examination and healing of the new cases of tuberculosis.

Campaign for prevention of the tuberculosis

On occasion the World day for fighting with tuberculosis, Fund - IGA’s team together with Community center “Zvezda”, carried out a meeting with the citizens of Zvanichevo village during last week. On the meeting the main aim of Programme “Improving the control of the tuberculosis in Bulgaria”, was explained. IGA works on this project from the beginning of the year. Informational materials for prevention of the tuberculosis were disseminated among the participants.
The Programme is implemented on the local level by Fund - IGA and the District Department for Pneumo-phthisiatric Diseases, and on a national level – with the Ministry of Health.
