European Social Fund: 327 146.01 BGN
National funding: 57 731.65 BGN
Goal of the project: Improving the social inclusion of the Roma community in Bratsigovo Municipality, Isperihovo, and ensuring its permanent integration through a socio-economic integration model.
Specific objectives: Supporting the social inclusion of children/students from the Roma community in Bratsigovo Municipality, Isperichovo, by providing them with access to education and trainings.
The objectives of the project contribute to solving the problems of the representatives of the target groups in the following ways:
1.Acquiring independence skills, improving their self-assessment; motivation for healthy and physically active lifestyle
2.Significantly improved personal development.
3.Increased learning motivation.
4.Increased motivation for professional realisation.
Activities:
- 1.Mechanism for the planning and management of the model and for the improvement of the educational environment at primary school “Hristo Botev”.
- 2.Club activities - improving the educational environment.
- 3.Extra-curricular activities for children at risk of dropping out of school.
- 4.Psychological support for children and students from ethnic minorities.
- 5.Improving the educational environment at primary school “Kocho Chestimenski”.
- 6.Support for students from ethnic minorities in continuing their education at high school.
- 7.Overcoming negative societal mindset, based on ethnic origin and cultural identity.
- 8.Encouraging parents’ engagement in the education process.
